ADMISSION PROCESS
Follow these easy steps to begin your child’s educational journey with us.
Complete the admission form online or at any of our campuses.
Submit necessary documents such as birth certificate, previous school results, and passport photographs.
Your child will undergo a brief placement test or interview based on the class level.
Successful applicants receive an offer letter and can proceed with fee payment and registration.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
You need to poccess the necessary documents to ensure a smooth application process.
The child should be 5 years old or above by the time of admission into Primary 1.
Nursery or Kindergarten report card or progress report from the previous school. Transfer certificate (if the child is coming from another school).
Purchase and complete the Application/Admission Form (often online, with a non-refundable fee).
An official birth certificate (usually from the National Population Commission or a recognized hospital).
Two to four recent passport-sized photographs of the child.
A medical fitness certificate from a recognized hospital, showing that the child is in good health.
The pupils must obtain minimum of 50% in the assessment test.
Valid ID card (e.g., National ID, Driver’s License, or International Passport).
After successful screening, parents receive an admission letter, which must be signed and returned with the acceptance fee.
Generally 10–12 years old by September of the year of admission.
Completion of Primary Six (Primary School Leaving Certificate). Submission of academic records/report cards for the last two school years.
Purchase and complete the Application/Admission Form (often online, with a non-refundable fee).
Mandatory Entrance Examination (written and/or CBT) covering subjects like English Language, Mathematics, and General Knowledge. May include an oral interview for the candidate and/or parents.
Completed Application Form Child’s Birth Certificate Recent Passport Photographs (usually 2–4 copies) Medical Report/Immunization Records Previous school’s report cards/testimonial
Generally 13–15 years old at the time of entry into SSS 1.
Completion of Junior Secondary School (JSS 3). Submission of Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) results or Junior Secondary School transcripts.
Purchase and complete the Application/Admission Form (often online, with a non-refundable fee).
Entrance Examination covering key subjects, plus possible oral interview depending on the school.
